Steve Isaacs: Chairman

Steve-Isaacs-2Steve Isaacs is the Chairman of CCI, which he founded in 1983. With over 30 years of experience in all phases of trade marketing program management, Steve brings an unparalleled level of expertise and knowledge to his role.

Steve began his career in the trade marketing industry with ACB in New York where he earned job promotions that carried him first to Chicago and then to San Francisco as Vice President Regional Manager. Steve then left ACB to join Activision as the National Sales Development Manager responsible for co-op advertising, licensing, and affiliated labels.

Steve is the visionary behind CCI, and it’s his vision that CCI would be an innovator and a leader in the aggressive development of web-based software solutions for managing and administrating trade sales and marketing programs. His vision has been consistently met for 30 years, and it continues to be realized today.

Debra Delaney: CEO

Debra-Delaney-2Debra Delaney is the CEO of CCI. Since joining the company in 1998 as co-owner, Debra has been a strong leader and a critical factor in the company’s growth and success. She brings 25 years of management experience in the hi-tech sector to CCI.

Prior to joining CCI, Debra served as a member of the executive team for various large, complex manufacturers and distributors. Debra has experience managing global customer service, finance, and development teams. Her eye for customer service excellence, bottom-line profitability, and cutting-edge innovation brings extensive value to CCI clients.

Debra is active in the business community and is a member of Vistage, a professional organization that promotes the sharing of best practices in sales, marketing, and other business practices, with over 10,000 CEO members globally. Recently, The North Bay Business Journal named Debra Technology Woman of the Year, as part of their Women in Business Awards. This award annually names outstanding women “for their success and contributions to the business community as leaders, innovators, and visionaries.”

Debra serves on the board for a local non-profit organization and is a board advisor for a local bank in our community.

Steven Kellam: President

Steven-Kellam-2Steven Kellam is President at CCI. As a growth specialist, Steven is responsible for CCI’s sales and marketing strategy and vision for today’s goals and objectives as well as positioning the organization for continued, long-term success. Steven has experience in both the VAR space, having run a successful managed services IT business and has a background in manufacturing where he built a channel of over 2,000 partners.

Prior to CCI, Steven was Executive Vice President of PlanIT Solutions, the leading Network Managed Services provider in the San Francisco North Bay Area. While there, Steven led a successful growth initiative that increased managed services revenue by over 200 percent in two years. As VP of Network Sales and Business Development at San Francisco-based Ecast, during his eight-year tenure, Steven led sales efforts that quadrupled the size of the Ecast network to 10,000 nationwide locations and 2,000 partners.

Kelly Frakes: Vice President, Client Operations

Kelly-Frakes-2Kelly Frakes is CCI’s Vice President of Client Operations. In this role she oversees the delivery of CCI’s program management services. Kelly has been with CCI since 2006. In that time frame she opened a new CCI office in the Midwest and built a strong team of expert customer service representatives and deployment specialists. This includes, but is not limited to, partner on-boarding, ongoing program administration, new program deployments, and global payment processing.

Her 26 years of experience includes building and developing high performing, quality-driven teams responsible for analysis, quality assurance, and client satisfaction. Her expertise in these areas has allowed CCI to create low-cost, high-quality solutions for our clients.

Ram Sajja: Vice President, Engineering and Operations

Ram SajjaRam Sajja brings over 22 years of experience in managing complex IT infrastructure and software product development to his role as Vice President of Engineering and Operations at CCI.  Prior to joining CCI, he has served in the roles of CTO and CEO and has expertise in products and solutions engineering for data center management, telecom billing and banking sectors.

As Managing Director of Goldstone Technologies Ltd., a publicly listed company, he was instrumental in developing new solution offerings and centers of excellence in the datacenter and ERP space.

Ram has previously pioneered and developed commercial software for automated technology management of data centers in a SaaS model and has successfully implemented this model in telecom, banking, healthcare, and retail verticals. He has a diverse background and experience in several disciplines in the Information technology arena and has worked on several pioneering technologies including early GPS-based projects funded by the U.S. federal government.  Ram was engaged by companies such as Morgan Stanley, Verisign, Mohawk, metroPCS, IBM Global Services, JP Morgan Chase Bank, and Alcatel Network Systems in various technical and leadership roles.

Ram has a Master’s Degree in Engineering from Virginia Tech University.  Ram is an avid reader and enjoys golf in his spare time.

Susan Crellin: Vice President, Finance and Administration

Susan CrellenSusan is responsible for directing all financial, contractual and administrative efforts for CCI, and for all CCI client accounts. Susan brings over 20 years of accounting experience to CCI. Prior to joining to CCI, Susan held financial positions for a variety of companies, including Daikin U.S. (now Sonic Solutions) where she was the Controller for four years. In addition, her credentials include running her own accounting services business. Susan’s mastery of the key financial elements of global channel sales and marketing programs makes her the ideal person for this critical position at CCI.
