Steve Isaacs: Chairman

Steve Isaacs is the Chairman of CCI, which he founded in 1983. With over 30 years of experience in all phases of trade marketing program management, Steve brings an unparalleled level of expertise and knowledge to his role.

Steve began his career in the trade marketing industry with ACB in New York, where he earned job promotions that carried him first to Chicago and then to San Francisco as Vice President Regional Manager of ACB. Steve then left ACB to join Activision as the National Sales Development Manager responsible for co-op advertising, licensing and affiliated labels.

Steve is the visionary behind CCI, and it's his vision that CCI would be an innovator and a leader in the aggressive development of web-based software solutions for managing and administrating trade sales and marketing programs. His vision has been consistently met for 20 years, and it continues to be realized today.

Debra Delaney: President and CEO

Debra Delaney is the President & CEO of CCI. Since joining the company in 1998, Debra has been a strong leader and a critical factor in the company's growth and success. She brings over 15 years of management experience in the high tech sector to CCI. Her eye for detail, bottom line profitability and cutting-edge innovation serves her well and brings extensive value to CCI clients. Previously, as our Chief Operating Officer, Debra was instrumental in the development of CCI’s software platform.

Prior to joining CCI, Debra served as CFO and Vice President of Financial Operations and Administration for IPC Interactive, Inc., a computer software and hardware developer. At IPC Debra honed her software development business expertise. Additionally, her experience as a CFO, Controller and Business Manager for other large, complex, multi-million dollar businesses further compliments her executive management skills.

Debra is active in the business community and is a member of the Vistage group, a professional organization that promotes the sharing of best practices in sales, marketing and other business practices. Recently, The North Bay Business Journal named Debra, Technology Woman of the Year, as part of their Women in Business Awards. This award annually names outstanding women "for their success and contributions to the business community as leaders, innovators and visionaries".

She is also on the board for and part of the Executive Committee for a local non-profit organization dedicated to eliminating homelessness in our community.

Craig DeWolf: Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Craig De Wolf is Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Craig’s extensive experience spans over 20-years, across a variety of industries and distribution models including technology and consumer products companies alike. This background has given Craig an excellent perspective of the issues facing marketers and their distribution partners, and the solutions that will make them mutually successful.

Craig’s relationship with CCI spans more than 9-years as a result of several mutual clients beginning when Mr. DeWolf was General Manager of J. Brown/LMC Group, a Channel Co-Marketing agency and Division of Grey Worldwide. Prior to joining CCI, Craig was a Vice President at two divisions of Grey Worldwide: Grey Direct, and J. Brown/LMC Group. Craig also ran a successful consulting practice (Strategic Partners, Inc.) to help multi-channel marketers optimize their marketing and communications efforts.

Don Barnwell: Vice President of Client Operations and Solutions Delivery

Don Barnwell is CCI's Vice President of Information Systems, and he is responsible for the vision, the development, and the evolution of all CCI software applications and tools. Don has been with CCI since 2001, and has grown his department to one of the largest within CCI.

Don has an impressive background in information systems, technology, databases and business management. His career has taken him from a software engineer to a data administration group manager to executive level information systems positions at several companies, experience that serves him very well at CCI. Don's knowledge also makes him an excellent resource for CCI clients.
