Steve Isaacs: Chairman
Steve Isaacs is the Chairman of CCI, which he founded in 1983. With over 30 years of experience in all phases of trade marketing program management, Steve brings an unparalleled level of expertise and knowledge to his role.
Steve began his career in the trade marketing industry with ACB in New York where he earned job promotions that carried him first to Chicago and then to San Francisco as Vice President Regional Manager of ACB. Steve then left ACB to join Activision as the National Sales Development Manager responsible for co-op advertising, licensing, and affiliated labels.
Steve is the visionary behind CCI, and it’s his vision that CCI would be an innovator and a leader in the aggressive development of web-based software solutions for managing and administrating trade sales and marketing programs. His vision has been consistently met for 20 years, and it continues to be realized today.
Debra Delaney: President and CEO
Debra Delaney is the President and CEO of CCI. Since joining the company in 1998 as co-owner, Debra has been a strong leader and a critical factor in the company’s growth and success. She brings 25 years of management experience in the hi-tech sector to CCI.
Prior to joining CCI, Debra served as a member of the executive team for various large, complex manufacturers and distributors. Debra has experience managing global customer service, finance, and development teams. Her eye for customer service excellence, bottom-line profitability, and cutting-edge innovation brings extensive value to CCI clients.
Debra is active in the business community and is a member of Vistage, a professional organization that promotes the sharing of best practices in sales, marketing, and other business practices, with over 10,000 CEO members globally. Recently, The North Bay Business Journal named Debra Technology Woman of the Year, as part of their Women in Business Awards. This award annually names outstanding women “for their success and contributions to the business community as leaders, innovators, and visionaries.”
Debra serves on the board for a local non-profit organization and is a board advisor for a local bank in our community.
Don Barnwell: Vice President, Product and Information Systems
Don Barnwell is CCI’s Vice President of Product and Information Systems. In this role he oversees the development and evolution of all CCI on-demand software applications, as well as the delivery of CCI’s program management services. Don has been with CCI since 2001, and during this time has overseen the development and launch of three versions of our software platform. He has successfully created high performing, effective teams with the ability to deliver innovative solutions that solve our clients’ needs.
Don has an impressive background in information systems, technology, databases and business management with a degree in Economics. His career has taken him from a software engineer to a data administration group manager to executive level information systems positions at several companies, experience that serves him very well at CCI. Don’s knowledge and consultative approach makes him an excellent resource for CCI clients.
Steven Kellam: Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Steven Kellam is Vice President of Sales and Marketing at CCI. As a growth specialist, Steven is responsible for CCI’s sales and marketing strategy and vision for today’s goals and objectives as well as positioning the organization for continued, long-term success. Steven has experience in both the VAR space, having run a successful Managed Services IT business and a background in Manufacturing where he built a channel of over 2,000 partners.
Prior to CCI, Steven was Executive Vice President of PlanIT Solutions, the leading Network Managed Services provider in the San Francisco North Bay Area. While there, Steven led a successful growth initiative that increased Managed Services revenue by over 200 percent in two years. As VP of Network Sales and Business Development at San Francisco-based Ecast, during his eight-year tenure, Steven led sales efforts that quadrupled the size of the Ecast network to 10,000 nationwide locations and 2,000 partners.
Kelly Frakes: Vice President of Client Operations
Kelly Frakes is CCI’s Vice President of Client Operations. In this role she oversees the delivery of CCI’s program management services. Kelly has been with CCI since 2006. In that time frame she opened a new CCI office in the Midwest and built a strong team of expert customer service representatives and deployment specialists. This includes, but is not limited to, partner on-boarding, ongoing program administration, new program deployments, and global payment processing.
Her 26 years of experience includes building and developing high performing, quality-driven teams responsible for analysis, quality assurance, and client satisfaction. Her expertise in these areas has allowed CCI to create low-cost, high-quality solutions for our clients.
