Steve Isaacs is the Chairman of CCI, which he founded in 1983. With over 30 years of experience in all phases of trade marketing program management, Steve brings an unparalleled level of expertise and knowledge to his role.
Steve began his career in the trade marketing industry with ACB in New York, where he earned job promotions that carried him first to Chicago and then to San Francisco as Vice President Regional Manager of ACB. Steve then left ACB to join Activision as the National Sales Development Manager responsible for co-op advertising, licensing and affiliated labels.
Steve is the visionary behind CCI, and it’s his vision that CCI would be an innovator and a leader in the aggressive development of web-based software solutions for managing and administrating trade sales and marketing programs. His vision has been consistently met for 20 years, and it continues to be realized today.
Debra Delaney: President and CEO
Debra Delaney is the President & CEO of CCI. Since joining the company in 1998 as co-owner, Debra has been a strong leader and a critical factor in the company’s growth and success. She brings 25 years of management experience in the high tech sector to CCI.
Prior to joining CCI, Debra served as a member of the executive team for various large, complex manufacturers and distributors. Debra has experience managing global customer service, finance and development teams. Her eye for customer service excellence, bottom line profitability and cutting-edge innovation brings extensive value to CCI clients.
Debra is active in the business community and is a member of Vistage, a professional organization that promotes the sharing of best practices in sales, marketing and other business practices, with over 10,000 CEO members globally. Recently, The North Bay Business Journal named Debra, Technology Woman of the Year, as part of their Women in Business Awards. This award annually names outstanding women “for their success and contributions to the business community as leaders, innovators and visionaries”.
Debra serves on the board for a local non-profit organization, and is a board advisor for a local bank in our community.
