A sales channel is a unique way for different partners within the same market to work together to complete a transaction. The partners within a sales channel range from the manufacturer of the product to the vendor or reseller that ends up selling the product to the end customer. As the partners input information, the management system analyzes it to ensure that it is reliable and will work to the benefit of the channel. A sales channel run with the proper sales channel management program will help to make the market more efficient and ultimately more profitable. Each partner within the channel can also use the information for their good and to gain their on profit.
