In a deal registration program, the objective and goals of each partner in the program should not only be clear, but they should be available and accessible to all partners. It is also important that information provided be clear and measurable, with all internal partners in agreement. It is important for all partners in a deal registration program to be on the same terms as far as information in order for the program to be successful and in allowing partners to set realistic expectations. Also, it is important that the other partners in the program to provide their input which gives you direct knowledge of their key concerns and perceived benefits. This allows for a healthy and mutually beneficial business objective.

In addition, you want to develop a strategy that allows for quick deployment and delivers immediate benefits. This makes for a quicker turnover and is more beneficial for you and your partners in channel marketing.

To maintain good deal registration management, you should allocate adequate resources to serve partners and resolve issues effectively.
