Channel outsourcing is an option to allocate certain aspects of a business decision to benefit the channel and to increase company revenues. There are many reasons that a company within a channel might choose to outsource. Sometimes it saves money to have channel outsourcing. This process is not the right choice for all businesses, but it can be very effective in some channel markets. It is a great way to balance out the spending scales of specific areas of a business.
